Macbook Not Charging But Running On Power Adapter

As advertised! Works great, fast charging when plugged into 120 house or generator power. Will get hot in the sun so keep in the shade. Used on extended camping trips, used small 1200 gas generator to power up unit, rest of day was nice and quiet with Ecoflo running the fridge freezer cooler and charging all cell phones and IPads. Control panel display is awesome and stress and guess free. Built tough, handle is stout and easy to move. Would recommend, did not push the limits of unit as we had generator to recharge regularly but did use all thru the night, only two charges needed per 24 hour period when running large cooler on regular non Eco mode bio oh needed one hour to charge complete

I am currently running an M1 MacBook ultra and need the power and versatility that the TS4 gives me. A second monitor, ATEM Mini, Rodecaster Pro 2, Speed Editor for Davinci Resolve, external SSD drive all go thru the TS4 with absolutely no issues. If I expand, I know the TS4 can take the load. Don't buy just what you need, purchase for the future and for the expandibility, you will be glad you did.

I was hesitant to buy this computer as it is the base model that comes from the macbook pro. But I was more than surprised. its power is unmatched and I liked it a lot for the work I do. Also the service from BH is incredible. I highly recommend them.

Fast charged my phone in no time and does great with a USB-C laptop. The USB-C laptop power adapter allows for easy charging of the power bank. USB A option for all your non USB-C charging options. LED indicator for approximately how much charge is in the pack. This is perfect companion for business trips where there are not a lot of convenient power adapter options.  

Power Adapter works as expected. Super fast charging compared to older adaptors.

Currently using this adapter to power my TVLogic monitor on my FS7 while running a Anton Bauer mount on the back. Powering my entire rig off one AB batter rather than juggling 2-3 batteries during a shoot simplifies things and has such a better impression on clients. Nothing is worse than changing a battery and then 5mins later changing a battery on a different device.

I purchased two of these to run our FS-700, which is also running the Metabones EF adapter. Even with the extra power use by the adapter, the battery lasts a long time - about 5 hours under typical shooting conditions, and longer than much larger batteries that run other video cameras we own. Because they are Sony's own product, they talk to the camera in terms of feedback on remaining power in the battery, which is very helpful between long takes. They do take a while to charge fully, so if you have more than one, I would recommend finding a good dual charger unit.

I received the Polsen PMA2B for a review a week ago and they also included this power adapter with it. But note that this item is a SEPARATE purchase and it doesn’t come with the PMA2B Im a drummer and I’m a big fan of running things on AC and having this adapter when using my PMA2B I don’t have to worry about batteries and keep it running indefinitely all day if I need to. I would highly recommend that you include this power adapter when getting your PMA2B. This adapter emits no humming or any electrical interference noise when plugging into the PMA2B monitor amp DC input jack. [I have received this DC adapter in exchange for my honest revjew]

This adapter is very convenient. If you are not running it through the POE switch you will need to make sure you get the proper power. You need a 48v injector for it to function, otherwise will not power up. Super easy set up and connect.
