Upgraded my 512 drive in my 13 MacBook Pro (early 2011 model) which was having issues opening applications, and just overall sluggish performance. Installed the 850 Pro SSD and I now have what feels like a new machine. I should be able to get another 2-3 years out of the Macbook. A worthwhile investment. 5 |

Replaced a late 2011 MacBook Pro 13 that my wife uses and she couldn't be happier. I've had a used MacBook Pro 13 (2019) for 2 years. The overall performance, battery life, and 8 GB RAM became very problematic in the last 3 months since I updated to Sonoma... So I decided it was time I upgraded to a newer machine. B&H had an awesome deal on the specific model I felt was right for me-- M2, 13.6 Screen, 256GB Storage, 16GB RAM-- so I went for it. Got it in two days! I've been using it for almost 2 weeks now and it has been an absolute delight.
