This adapter was used to connect an NEC221W to a Macbook Pro 2015. A third party version failed to connect with the Spectraview software needed to calibrate the monitor. This one worked without a flaw! 5 |

Works with 16 MacBook Pro I have been using and loving the original Kickstarter version since 2017 so I felt that it's time for an update and this new 2020 version did not disappoint. This new 2020 version addressed all the minor issues I had with the 2017 Kickstarter version. - It now supports 4K60Hz HDMI (was previously 4K30Hz) - New magnetic grip (now the hub feels more stable and secure on the MacBook) - It now finally works with MacBook cases (just remove the grip) - Both USB-C ports now support pass-through charging - MicroSD card goes all the way into the hub - Now includes an USB-C extension cable (so you can use it with any USB-C device, not just the MacBook - Free leather pouch to keep everything nice and neat I have been using this 2020 version for more than a week and absolutely love it. There are many copycats in the market that copied the 2017 version so they still have the same old issues. HyperDrive has always been a pioneer and probably just came out with the best USB-C hub for the MacBook Pro/Air. 5 |

I am using this hard drive as Time Machine backup for my MacBook Pro. I bought it as an update to the WD Elements 6TB version that has been performing flawlessly for over 4 years. I purchased this 8TB version because I needed more space. I have trusted Western Digital hard drives as backup drives for my MacBooks for over 10 years now and never had a failure. I love the M1 version of this Macbook Pro! It doesn't get hot, is super fast and just the right size (13). I upgraded from an older Macbook Pro model as I needed more memory and storage and this is working out perfectly for my photographic needs.
