Replaced a late 2011 MacBook Pro 13 that my wife uses and she couldn't be happier. I'm very happy with the performance of this disk with my late 2011 MacBook Pro. My MBP only has USB 2.0, so there's only so much performance I can get, but unlike reviews I saw for another brand of USB3.0 disk when used on a Mac like mine, this one seems to stay within USB2.0 power limits and works flawlessly. I reformatted for use with Time Machine and feel confident in the storage. 5 |

I bought this for my wife who used a MacBook Pro for years; 2011 17’ which still works, but is too big sometimes. Since I purchased this iPad, she literally hasn’t touched the MacBook Pro…at all! This iPad is that good; I also bought the case with the keyboard attached which is a game changer. Awesome product which seems to do anything that a laptop can do, at least in my wife’s opinion… 5 |
