MacBook Pro user experience is worlds better than the windows laptop that I just retired. I'm also happy with the way the M1 chip is handling some pretty large Sketchup models. I purchaced this MacBook with the BenQ 27 display. Set up was easy and the flow between these two devices is seamless. So far, about a month in, very happy with this combo. 5 |

Tested with both my old Windows laptop and new Apple M1 MacBook Air using both CFexpress and XQD cards and worked very well. Also like that it has both type of cables needed for each laptop. 5 |

I just purchased a MacBook Pro with the M1 chip. It's everything you'd expect from a Mac - powerful, slim profile, beautiful display, excellent operating system. It just works out of the box with no fussing around. The touch bar feature is also a nice addition. After the purchase, it easily connected to an external monitor through a docking station, along with a number of other peripherals. Again, there was no fussing around with poorly designed driver installations, weird interfaces, or anything like that. I wish I could say that about my recent experiences with Windows computers. You'll find cheaper Windows computers out there, but most people are lucky to get three or four years out of them. I've had Macs that lasted 10 to 12 years and are still perfectly functional today. 5 |

MacBook Pro is even better with an M1 chip... totally recommendable! The laptop is easy to carry on. The Retina display and the ultimate keyboard made a perfect combination. I like too much the headphone jack detail on its side! 5 |

I had a MacMini M1 linked to two 27inch displays for my media production and was frustrated that my old laptop was not in sync (old OS) so when I travel I couldn’t work on projects. So during the Black Friday sale at B&H I bought this 2023 MacBook Pro M3. Super happy! Now this sleek and fast MacBook Pro M3 is the new “brain” linked to my two monitors and now I can travel with this laptop containing all my projects as I’m working on them. Got this to use with my Macbook Pro and Windows laptop in my home office. Keyboard easily switches between windows and Mac. It has a solid build quality and good feel when typing. I got the tactile quiet and it does make some sound. It doesn't bother me, but my wife giggles when I type fast and she can hear from the next room. Overall, a good purchase and I'm happy with it. 5 |
