This is now the third Samsung 850 PRO SSD that I have purchased. First my laptop (7 year old MacBook Pro) now flies. Then the 3 year old Mac Mini boots in 40 seconds! I am now transferring the hard drive contents from my wife's 5 year old iMac and I expect fantastic results. Given the 10 year warrantee from Samsung I may never have to buy another! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am super impressed with this gram. First off, I came from an old macbook pro that literally weighed 10 pounds and this gram feels so weightless. It is huge though, but I was able to fit it into my bag nicely. I am amazed by the screen color it is so vivid. The magnetic locking open/close part is very cool, I've never seen something like it. And this has 32gb of ram?? Amazing for a laptop for school work, content creation, and gaming! 5 |
