I currently have a Macbook Pro 13 and a 27 4k monitor and a Blackmagic EGPU. I primarily use it for video editing, however, with more time spent home I wanted to play games and while the Games available on Steam for Mac are not as great as windows there is still a good selection. The Xbox One Wireless Controller has built-in Bluetooth and playing the games wirelessly is fantastic. The controller uses 2 double AA batteries but I use 2 rechargeable enelope batteries that work great. The controller feels great on the hands and is very comfortable. I would highly recommend this controller if you use MAC or windows for gaming also this model has a very nice see-through style where you can see the internals. 5 |

This is my first macbook and transition from windows to macOS was better than I've expected. Points that I love most. 1. Interaction with apps are very smooth and have great native feel. 2. This mac is able to transfer/delete/install files at x10 faster rate than my windows machine. 3. Battery life easily lasts for entire day without charing. 4. Seamless interaction with rest of apple equipment e.g. airpods pro 5. Zero fan noise, I think my pro version does have a fan (not sure) but I've not heard it all for 5 days of usage 6. Out-of-the-box advanced security layer from apple when processing external files. 5 |

got this setup on my windows workstation and macbook pro, calibrating displays on both of them was relatively simple, the software guides you through the process and details steps you need to take to get the best results. As a video shooter, I like the wide range of gammas and selectable colour spaces, having the option to use rec2020 and the ability to calibrate HDR displays is nice too. I wish it came with a pouch or something similar, as putting it back in the small box for storage between recalibrations is rather fiddly if you don't get the cable wrapped up just right. 5 |

I beefed up my MacBook pro 2010 model with 2 of these and running a virtualize machine with windows on it and using parallels at the same time. i can say the speed makes a huge difference until now. Lets hope it gives the performance it will as I read many reviews and this is worth the investment. 5 |

Works with macbook pro even in bootcamp with windows. Just plug and play and my a7r iii with rode micro was read as a webcam on webex, zoom etc. great buy and cheaper than others. Good for better cam quality for online meetings etc. 5 |

I've been a Windows owner for many years, except for my iPhone and iPad products. I have a very fast Windows machine to edit video and this MacBook Pro has no problems keeping up. Editing with Photoshop and Premiere Pro is a breeze. Rendering video is fast and I also started using my MacBook Pro with Logic to record music. I highly recommend this laptop for photo and video editing! 5 |

I have an annoying, glossy screen on my MacBook Pro, plus large windows in my office. I was always adjusting the angle of my screen to avoid glare. I read reviews of different matte screen guards and this one sounded the best. I am very happy with it. Because it only adheres to the border around the screen, you don't have to worry about bubbles. I have virtually no glare now, even with windows directly behind my back. 5 |

I just purchased a MacBook Pro with the M1 chip. It's everything you'd expect from a Mac - powerful, slim profile, beautiful display, excellent operating system. It just works out of the box with no fussing around. The touch bar feature is also a nice addition. After the purchase, it easily connected to an external monitor through a docking station, along with a number of other peripherals. Again, there was no fussing around with poorly designed driver installations, weird interfaces, or anything like that. I wish I could say that about my recent experiences with Windows computers. You'll find cheaper Windows computers out there, but most people are lucky to get three or four years out of them. I've had Macs that lasted 10 to 12 years and are still perfectly functional today. 5 |
