Works exactly as it should. Pairing was fast and simple and works flawlessly with my MacBook Pro. Haven't had it long enough to comment on how long the charge last but if it does hold the charge for an entire year as the description says then it deserves a 6 star rating. 5 |

Taking it to Africa to help keep 4 cameras going on all day shoots. I've used it a but so far and it's working fine. I was a bit irked to find that you need a quick charger when you plug into an outlet to re-charge. I used a regular adapter and it took (seemingly) forever to charge to full capacity. 5 |

Works great! Taking off and putting on the black cover is very easy as long as you keep the umbrella a little less then halfway extended. The extra slack helps! The black tip shows up in photos a lot more then the silver...A little white gaffer tape fixes that. 5 |

I ordered the Slik 700 DX for astrophotography. Taking long exposure pictures outside requires a sturdy tripod and this one hits the mark. It is lightweight yet strong enough to handle the weight of a tracking mount and camera. Even with the legs fully extended it is stable enough to allow long exposures. 5 |
