Macbook Type C Not Charging

Plenty of these type on the market! But this one is my go to for charging! Great product!

I don't quite need HDMI so I simply went with this type C to type A adapter. You'll need this for your Macbook.

It's a shame to have to by this type of accessories when you have spent $3,000 for a Macbook Pro.

Canon no longer sells this item! ... it is exactly the same type of charger I received in the box when I bought my camera. This item has the same battery life, takes the same amount of time to charge, and has the orange light for charging and green light for finished charging. Excellent buy! Bonus to B&H customers- $40 cheaper than what Canon sold this item originally online!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hub does what the description states... allows you to use multiple USB A type and C type devices with an existing USB C type port. It does not have passthorugh charging, and will therefore not charge your latptop / macbook (nor does it state anywhere in the product description that it will). Based on the reviews I am seeing, people did not fully read the product description... As a simple USB hub allowing for USB 3.0 transfer speeds it works great. My portable Type C drives function as they should with this hub, and it can charge my Type C enabled smartphone. The only negative, is that it should come with a power adapter to allow for more current use across the USB ports, to support faster charging and power of larger / more power hunger USB devices such as full size 3.5in External Hard Drives.

I'm very satisfied with the APC RBC#33 battery pack purchased from B&H. I had previously tried a less-powerful aftermarket Duracell unit from Batteries+Bulbs but ended up returning it after I found the actual OEM part for $20 cheaper at B&H AND the option to add a SquareTrade 3-year warranty for $9.99. I ordered 2 more as a result and brought new life back into my APC UPS units that safeguard my digital assets.

It works good with MS C++ 2015 under windows 10, with Video For Windows (vfw32.lib)

I've been running my old MacBook pro on a smaller stand that was not large or robust enough to type on...but what I wanted. This stand can stand up to supporting my new MacBook and allow me to type on it when needed. Great product that will last for years!
