Macro Photography Of Nature

I use this with my EF 70-200mm 2.8L IS II for outdoor nature photography and some macro photography. Have been very pleased with the ease of use, all focus points work, wasn't expecting that....focus is still lightning fast, love this thing. 5 |

I purchased this lens to enhance my capabilities for nature photography and the lens is just what I was looking for. The lens provides both the ability to take excellent macro photos as well as offering an incredible zoom with the 600mm (35mm equivalent) field of view. I highly receommend this affordable lens. 5 |

With close-in macro nature photography, adequate and even lighting is required for decent depth-of-field and shutter speed. This Ring Lite is easy to attach and use with my Canon EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM lens. Out of the box, I was able to take my first macro test shots in minutes. The lighting provided is superior to a hot-shoe flash for the closest shots. If I was to wish for an improvement, it would be to engineer wireless communication between the flash ring on the lens front, and the flash unit in the hot-shoe. The cable connecting the two sometimes gets in the way. 5 |

I don't know how anyone can do nature and macro photography without this simple device. I use it to confirm all of my macro photos and most of my landscapes. Without it you cannot see your work on a sunny day. With it, it's like looking at the final print in the field. 5 |

I have my 327 since 2012, until now it has been very useful in my nature, studio, portrait and macro photography, it supports my nikon d610 with 105mm and the nikon R1 flashes, no problem with that, Is it heavy? a little bit, but I prefer a heavy stuff that works that a light one that doesnt.... 5 |

I got this lens for macro photography, and it does exactly what I need it to. Great quality, and great results. I have also used it outside for nature shoots, and some portraits, and it works great in these situations too. 5 |

The DA* 300mm f/4 shows a field of view equivalent to a 450mm lens in 35mm terms. The integrated tripod collar makes flexible use of a monopod easy . It is possible to use the lenses for macro photography but it definitely won't replace a good 100mm macro lenses. The DA* 300mm's minimum focusing distance of around 4.5 feet. The DA* 300mm's range is perfect for sporting events, nature photography, or even a day at the zoo. The DA* 300mm f/4 uses Pentax's supersonic drive motor (SDM) technology to drive the AF system on compatible bodies. Full-time manual focus can be selected either via the lens's onboard AF/MF switch or the camera body's control. The lenses have excellent contrast and vibrant color . . I think that for nature photography there is a need of good AF teleconveter 1.5x compatible with Pentax DA* (DA-Star) zoom lenses which I did not found in the market!!! 5 |

This was my first purchase of this model, it is really great in taking nature photography, it is easy to carry when walking and I can take Macro to Telephoto with out changing lenses, and has many settings that help me get the best photo. The only problem I had with the camera was the silver scared some of the animals, so I bought a black one to use and am now using this as my back up camera. 5 |

Use for nature macro photography. Have latest 60mm and 105mm macro also. Using this lens more than others with D7000 because light weight and ability to get sharp handheld macros with VR for subjects that cannot easily use a tripod such as moving insects. On real photos all three lenses produce comparible results. 5 |
