I used this to make a backup of my laptop hard drive. It took a while, but everything was backed up and the device never overheated. I would recommend this to someone looking for a nice hard drive.

Works great. Took it hiking in Hawaii. Gopro overheated though from sum, but that's a different issue.

I liked this machine it’s doing fine ,however it can be overheated while charging it , so I don’t recommended use Internet it while recharging not to harm battery.

Recently used a Godox LED on a project and it overheated multiple times in front of the client. There comes a time as a professional when using inexpensive gear doesnt make sense. I'm looking for a far more reliable and powerful solution for my larger video projects.

Had to replace processor that overheated due to a liquid cooling system pump failure. Works fast as advertised!

Upgraded from AD100pro which overheated and started smoking. AD200pro although only one stop difference, much better output and less heat. perfect for fill light or backlighting. Used to use AD400pro, but too cumbersome and heavy.

Great product, works very well. The camera doesn't get overheated and it allowed me to film for more than half an hour consistently without turning off.

The R5 Mark II does get overheated in warm climates (95+ F or lower temps with high humidity) making this a necessary adjunct. The fan is not temperature triggered. It is manual: off or on set through the configuration panels. When on, fan speed is selectable: high, medium, and low. Because of its architecture this grip does not function as a standard grip with duplicated controls. I have not used the Ethernet connectivity. NOTE: When the R5 starts to get warm a temperature gauge appears in the viewfinder with bars going from green to red and when hot it will automatically shut down. Canon suggests turning off the R5 anytime you can in warm situations. This does work very well.

The previous 2 USB hubs I had for my system overheated, burned out, and destroyed the circuit board in my iMac. I should have ordered the TS4 at the same time I ordered my iMac. Could have avoided several head-aches!
