Magic Keyboard Wireless Charging

I purchased my iPad Air with the Apple Magic Keyboard. That keyboard is great for stationary use of the iPad (for sheer typing, it is better than the ZAGG and comes with a trackpad. However, I did not feel at all comfortable placing the iPad in a backpack with the Magic Keyboard; it did not protect the sides and the Apple Pencil was only secured by the charging magnet (it always came off during transport). With the ZAGG, the iPad is much more protected, and it secures the pencil to the case while also charging. The iPad can remain in the case, while either removed from the keyboard or reversed for use as a tablet. The Keyboard has a USB-C charging port, so an additional cord is not necessary (if only Apple would upgrade the iPhone to an USB-C…). It also holds a very long charge. If you travel a lot or frequently move your iPad, I highly recommend this keyboard.

The Apple Magic Wireless Keyboard with Numeric Keypad has improved my productivity considerably. The keyboard is comfortable to type on and having the benefit of a numeric keyboard attached is great.

The Apple Magic Wireless Keyboard w/ Numeric Keypad is one of the best keyboards I have owned. It is very slim and feels reminiscent of the MacBook Pro I used to own. I love having the numeric keypad off to the side, as I use it a lot. Battery life is amazing. When I first got this one, I had forgotten to turn it off at the end of the day and left it on for a few days straight.....only to find that it still has battery life left. It charges quickly, with the included cable, and syncs automatically without requiring you to go through the normal steps like you would bluetooth ear buds or something. The only thing I wish the keyboard had - that it doesn't have - is backlit keys. I'm sure there is an aftermarket option somewhere that would offer the backlit keys, but this one fit my budget and is a very solid keyboard.

This keyboard has a plug in usb and can be wireless unless charging. It connects better plugged in all the time.

This Mouse is better and less expensive than a Apple Magic Mouse! No Kidding. It is wireless and plugs into your computer for charging the battery. Slides around smoothly on many different surfaces unlike the magic mouse. Feels better in your hand too because is slightly taller. The price is right so try one and you love it!

Paired magic wireless keyboard with my Mac AirBook which is mounted in a stand to use as a desktop. Love the feel and action of the keys. A nice upgrade from my last 3rd party keyboard.

I saw Apple is unfortunately discontinuing the Space Grey Mac accessories, so I had to get my hands on the Magic Wireless Keyboard while they were still available. I quite enjoy Mac keyboards, especially for working from home. It seamlessly connects to my work Mac. The low profile makes it easy to quickly type. The Space Grey color is my favorite as it looks clean and for those that prefer darker colored accessories. If you can nab one, I highly recommend.

I've been using a dinosaur Apple extended/corded keyboard for over eight years that started acting up. I'm not a huge fan of wireless products because I trust corded keyboards and mice much more than their wireless counterparts. I looked long and hard for another keyboard that matched the feel of my old Apple keyboard. There were some that looked great, but upon closer inspection they felt cheap or had a track record of premature failures. You would think someone in this day and age of technology could build a perfect keyboard, but the truth is most keyboards are compromised with poor design, inferior components or both. Nothing on the market compared to the feel of my old board with the exception of the Apple Magic Wireless extended keyboard. For me it feels like a well broken in pair of Levis 501 jeans. Comfortable. My older keyboard had a slight pitch in angle which some may find absolutely essential for comfort over long stretches of typing. I made the transition from a PC to a Mac and found the Magic Wireless Keyboard with Numeric Keypad easy to use and the feel is very similar to my keyboard with my PC. This made the transition easier. The keys are very responsive and the ergonomics are quite comfortable.
