I've been using Bluetooth mice with my Macs since they became available several years ago, and the Apple Magic Mouse is easily the easiest to use and configure of all the various compatible brands out there. It's a bit more than the competition, but the reliability and ease of use justify the extra cost, IMHO. 5 |

Once I got this mouse, all the pain in my right arm and wrist went completely away. I had the bluetooth version of this first, but it kept loosing the connection through out the day, so I tried this wifi version and it works flawlessly. Just be aware that the software that comes with it doesn't work on the new Mac operating systems, but you can get USB Overdrive that will allow you to set up all the preferences for the buttons. 5 |

Long battery life. 3x presets for bluetooth connection (great when moving from desktop to laptop on the go -- no more waiting to pair Can track on any surface. Ergonomic. I'm an editor, and switching from the magic mouse to this was a nice upgrade. The thumb side-scrolling wheel is wonderful when working in NLE's or other programs where horizontal scrolling is convenient. The mouse wheels are nicely weighted as well, and click in each selection -- so when shifting thru font or blending mode selections, you can be precise. 5 |

This is an excellent and very comfortable mouse. I have been using for a month and the battery has yet to require charging. I use the Bluetooth connection and there is a slight delay when the mouse has been idol. This is a great mouse. 5 |

It works much better than the previous Microsoft 5000 mouse that frequently lost the bluetooth connection. The only concern is the cost.....too high. 5 |
