I have this with the Magic Trackpad 2, and couldn't be happier. Both look and work great!

Fits iPad perfectly and half the price compared to magic keyboard while having a full keyboard and trackpad.

Looks great, charges like a charger. The magic happens on this pad.

Replaced an older Magic Trackpad, and this is just as good as the previous one. Great texture and gives me the same great experience as the built-in trackpad on my MacBook at my desk.

The Magic Trackpad is exactly what you'd expect from Apple. It paired easily with my Macbook Pro and functions exactly like the built-in trackpad, but is slightly larger. I paired it with a silicon protective case and wrist rest I found at Amazon, and I believe this is going to help with pain issues I was starting to see from using a mouse. Highly recommend.

I've been a fan of the Magic Trackpad 2 since it was released; it's amazingly smooth to use, and will (if you plug it into a KVM) work well with both Macs and Linux. (I have two Macs, a Linux box, and a hookup for my iPad Pro on a KVM.) When my existing one ended up with a swollen battery, I decided to replace it with a black one to match my keyboard. It looks pretty cool and blends into the dark fabric on my desktop.

This is a nice improvement over the original Magic Trackpad. It has a larger surface, which is even smoother than the original. Being rechargeable is nice.

At first, I did not think I was going to keep it. Especially for video editing. However, after 3 days I went back to a mouse and immediately went back to the magic trackpad. HIGHLY recommend using this for daily use

The Magic Trackpad 2 is, by far, one of the best input devices I've used in my 40 years of being a Mac user. Over the years, I've gotten really hokked on it, and when my spouse and I had to replace ours, we didn't hesitate to get them again. I can work all day without hand fatigue, and while there are options that have more bells and whistles, I prefer something that just works and blends into my day.

This is my first time with a Wacom Tablet. I have a IMAC 27 with 5k monitor. I've bee using the Mac trackpad for professional photo editing in Photoshop. I am still getting used to the switch to the Wacom tablet, especially two things: The touch control is sweet but a bit different than the track pad, especially having to remember to use three fingers to highlight multiple items and to move files/folders. The other thing that takes a while to get used to is the way the pen works. The pen position over the wacom tablet places the cursor over a relative position on the screen. (This is different than the touch feature which works the same as the mac trackpad). PROBLEM: the medium wacom tablet is so large that trying to use the pen to click on things on various parts of the screen often requires lifting my whole arm rather than just pivoting my wrist. I think the small Intous might be a better choice in this one regard. I now use my wacom to completely replace my mac track pad, except for a few things. With a little more practice I think the mac track pad will completely go away.
