Magnetic Charging Car Phone Holder

I was a little hesitant on this case without beign able to see it in person. The back looked like it was made of cloth, I'm very active and often my phone gets sweaty or splashed, and I was worried it would soak up water. I have always had a good experience with Peak Design and thought I would give it a shot. I also purchased the car charging mount. The phone case is great, not bulky so it keeps the size of your phone down, the back texture makes it easy to grip, and the magnetic finger hold gives added grip without detracting from the clean lines of the phone like some of the alternatives. Pairing the case with the magnetic car charger is AWESOME! Hop in, touch your phone to the magnet, it grabs securely and starts charging. You couldn't ask for something better. Before I plugged my phone in with a wire and it either took up a cup holder or flew off my console at a redlight and landed in the floor. I highly recommend both products.

Charging my cell phone in the car was a problem because the normal connector would stick out too far and not allow the phone to be in a holder. The solution to the problem is this cable. With a 90 degree turn it minimizes the space needed when connected to the phone.

This car charger is handy for charging my phone and my cameras.

This phone case is amazing! Durable and rugged, but professional looking, and integrates seamlessly with the magnetic car-mount charger my partner put in our car. I’ve been using magnetic car phone mounts for a long time. While they’re very easy to use, I’ve never had one that I could trust to not fall off if the road was anything less than smooth. Since Peak Design’s mount and case are designed to work together, the strong magnets perfectly align and the bond is very secure. After using it for about a month now, I’m very confident my phone will stay attached. I was hesitant to pay this much for a phone mount and case, but I’m very glad I did. There’s something enjoyable in daily using something that’s well designed and high quality. You get what you pay for.

Color is amazing, protects the phone perfectly. Magnetic is insanely strong for my wallet and car mount.

I would hop into the car, but never found right spot for phone. I would put phone on car dash shelf, drive around a corner, not speeding mind you, and phone would fly across car, or end up under seat or down side of seat or wherever! There would always be that annoying charger cord getting tangled and in the way and usually ends up broken. But now….hop in car, easily place phone on holder - it stays there no matter how many potholes I drive over and…..the best part…..it charges on holder! The cord is concealed with little clips so no more annoying cords in the way. Absolutely love it! And because it is a permanent fixture, it counts as handsfree.
