Magnetic Charging Cord Micro Usb 2.0

Besides compact, it also has USB-c and micro-USB ports for charging! It was excellent!

Needed this for charging from a micro-USB cable. Works great for that.

This came with the watch and I'm so pleased that they used this instead of a micro USB or type C because it is magnetic and holds its self on and it is actually pretty fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish all charging cables were made like this! This cable is made of a strong braided nylon material. It is strong and very flexible, making it perfect for taking it with you, whether for traveling or just for your daily commute. You can drop it in your bag, backpack, or briefcase without having to worry about breaking the wire by wrapping it up. At 6 and a half feet, the length is great for virtually any use or location. One thing I really appreciate about it is that it doesn't get all tangled up with my other charging cords. That's so nice! It's also super durable, supposedly up to 30 times more durable than other cords. Obviously, I can't verify this claim, exactly, but I certainly can feel how strong this cable is. This charging cable has a few other features that really make it stand out from other similar products. First, a rather simple feature: a soft magnetic loop that helps keep it neat and manageable. Why don't all cables have this?! It not only keeps the cable itself tidy, but there's a small magnetic disc you can put on almost any surface to allow the charger cord to stick to it. Brilliant. But, of course, with any charging cable, the most important thing is how quickly it can power your devices. This cable is FAST! It completely charges my phone in about an hour. No wonder it's my favorite! The only things I would change about this charging cord are the length and compatibility. I chose the 2 meter cord, but I would like to try the 3 meter one next time. Also, I wish it had an adapter or something for older iPhones like my husband's. He can't use this one for his iPhone 7, unfortunately. Aside from those small issues, I wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic charging cable! It's worth paying a little more for, and I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Buy a longer cord like the USB 3.0 A/ML to MICRO B/ML CABLE - 3'

This cord replaces a USB 2.0 cable. I use this permanentely attched to the back of my tower for easy access. The USB in the front of the tower are difficult to locate and this is always handy for thumb drives or for connecting a large HD to run the monthly image back up.

If you have an older USB 2.0 port but have some newer USB C devices this is all you will need. �If you think that you will upgrade in the near future just get the USB 3.1 version. �If you just need another cord for charging your USB C device and don't care so much about data transfer speeds then this will do. �They have a few different sizes to pick from. �For the desktop I prefer the shorter cord for hard drive and for mobile devices I prefer the longer cord as I tend to pick it up and move it around a lot more.

I use it to connect a flashdrive to the micro-usb charging port on a Toshiba Encore tablet.
