This is single handed the best mobile phone holder for your filming with an iPhone (as well as your car, boat, head or just about anywhere) If only they made a connector that attached the phone magnetically to the DJI Osmo Mobile 6 gimble and my life would be complete. It’s also easier to hold onto, because it’s lightly textured, providing more friction against your fingers for better gripping. Very happy with it.

I’ve been using magnetic car phone mounts for a long time. While they’re very easy to use, I’ve never had one that I could trust to not fall off if the road was anything less than smooth. Since Peak Design’s mount and case are designed to work together, the strong magnets perfectly align and the bond is very secure. After using it for about a month now, I’m very confident my phone will stay attached. I was hesitant to pay this much for a phone mount and case, but I’m very glad I did. There’s something enjoyable in daily using something that’s well designed and high quality. You get what you pay for.

Color is amazing, protects the phone perfectly. Magnetic is insanely strong for my wallet and car mount.

I was a little hesitant on this case without beign able to see it in person. The back looked like it was made of cloth, I'm very active and often my phone gets sweaty or splashed, and I was worried it would soak up water. I have always had a good experience with Peak Design and thought I would give it a shot. I also purchased the car charging mount. The phone case is great, not bulky so it keeps the size of your phone down, the back texture makes it easy to grip, and the magnetic finger hold gives added grip without detracting from the clean lines of the phone like some of the alternatives. Pairing the case with the magnetic car charger is AWESOME! Hop in, touch your phone to the magnet, it grabs securely and starts charging. You couldn't ask for something better. Before I plugged my phone in with a wire and it either took up a cup holder or flew off my console at a redlight and landed in the floor. I highly recommend both products.

I replaced my old $50 rotary trimmer with this one and it's easily the best purchase I've made all year. The magnetic guide and lock mechanism are game changers. The fact that it's made from recycled materials and has a lifetime warranty are icing. I spent a lot of time researching beforehand, and nothing else even comes close. I mostly use it to cut cardstock and watercolor paper, and it's had no issues at all. Extremely easy to get precise cuts.

I would hop into the car, but never found right spot for phone. I would put phone on car dash shelf, drive around a corner, not speeding mind you, and phone would fly across car, or end up under seat or down side of seat or wherever! There would always be that annoying charger cord getting tangled and in the way and usually ends up broken. But now….hop in car, easily place phone on holder - it stays there no matter how many potholes I drive over and…..the best part…..it charges on holder! The cord is concealed with little clips so no more annoying cords in the way. Absolutely love it! And because it is a permanent fixture, it counts as handsfree.

I have been using the built-in phone holder with my PD tripod, but the mobile creator kit is a huge step up. Hold the phone more securely and gives a lot more flexibility in recording angles. I've been using it to document quilt making and it's been great. If you take video with your phone, I highly recommend it!
