Mail Label Printing

I was looking for a label printer to create a more professional looking address on outgoing mail. I also wanted the ability to produce folder labels and box labels. This unit has all the basic features I require as well as additional features I might use in the future. It’s easy to use, does exactly what I require, and doesn’t require a lot of directions to get working properly. Great little addition to my office.

Love this printer. I use it for my business to mail out orders. It is quick and easy to use and I love the label auto-cutter option! Much better than printing mailing labels on my inkjet and having to cut and tape them on to packages.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Xerox C415 is an impressive machine ! I was absolutely stunned by its abilities ! It’s speedy printing, two sided if needed and desired. The print quality is very clear and crisp.. It can print up to 42 pages a minute. The machine weighs about 60 lbs and is better handled by two people when placing or moving it. The Dimensions are approximately 22” x 26” x 24”. My Xerox came with the wireless adapter to connect to WiFi. In order to do this, you first have to login. Login is as follows: Username = admin. Password = serial number of the device. Then go into Tools- Network Settings- Network Connectivity and find your WiFi Network ! Alternatively, there is an Ethernet, and a USB port located on the back of the machine. However, once online, you can link your phone to the Device and print directly from there as well. The user interface is very intuitive, and it’s a fun and convenient navigation. You can also scan documents and e-mail them as well. There is so much that this machine has to offer ! I have only been using this device for a couple of weeks, so I can’t comment on toner efficiency yet. It produces a great image quality. There are optional accessories to buy, for example a stapler, an additional sheet tray to allow for more printing volume, a stand so that it can sit on its own. You can copy, print, fax, e-mail, and so much more from this device. It’s a computer in itself actually. As with all Xerox machines, it takes about 3-5 min to get it powered up. However, left on sleep mode, just hit the button and it’s ready. It’s the Machine that has met my needs so far !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Dymo Labelwriter 550 for address label making and product description labels (own a restaurant). The machine itself is small but fast and mighty. From unboxing to printing my first label took about 10 minutes and let me add I am NOT a computer guru. The quick start up guide included made the set up easy and fast. So far its holding up great for all my label making. I love that I can use different size labels with the same machine. Switching out the labels takes less than a minute. This setup also keeps up with how many labels you have left on the spool which is very nice. No surprise running out in the middle of printing job. I love this Dymo Labelwriter 550.

The product software is very good. It allows editing not available with your other label makers. When first printing I noticed less tape was being used, meaning more economy. The support in materials and suggestions is great as the PT-P700 cab become much more versatile.
