I use these on my light stands to make sure the stand and lights wont topple if someone accidentally bumps into it. I tried to make one myself with a pillow case and landscaping pebbles thinking I might save a buck, but honestly, one I broke down and bought a few of these for additional light stands, I wont go back to my homemade version. These sandbags are nicely designed, weighted well considering the size and dust doesnt spill out of them like my homemade sandbag! 5 |

After using a homemade stand I came across this and had to have it. What a treasure this is! It holds my MacBook with room to spare. The inside rim of the top has soft fabric all the way around, and I love the space they've left for my cords so everything lies flat and stays in place. It's VERY sturdy so I don't have to worry. It is adjustable in just about every direction so it can be customized depending on your set up. 5 |
