Make Wire Security Camera Wireless

This earpiece is necessary for most security companies. It is affordable and the wire is concealable.

Love this security camera. I didn't want to have to hard wire power to a spot where I wanted to keep a eye on by my house and it was also out of a good Wi-Fi signal. The solar panel has kept it charged for the month that I've had it out so far. And the picture quality has been exceeding my expectations by far.

Once I learned that the receiver has to be connected via the wire to the camera and did that, the wireless trigger worked flawlessly with my Sony alpha M3.  Thanks to B&H technical support for the assistance and explanation.

I bought this to replace a vello wired remote that did not work reliably. I use the remote when shooting photos with camera on tripod where I do not want any vibration from tripping the camera. I like the wireless better because there is no wire attached to the camera to keep up with when moving the camera. Having a wire plugged into the mini USB on the camera under these conditions risks damaging the connection on the camera. To use the wireless remote with the D7200 and perhaps other bodies you must set the menu in the camera to recognize the remote. Otherwise it will not work at all with the default setting in the camera. See the camera instruction book for more information

I needed to connect an outdoor wireless security camera to Wifi but the signal on the main router wasn't strong enough to penetrate a thick masonry wall. The TP-link solved this problem. I set it up inside at the wall needing signal penetration but in line with the router. It worked perfectly - having a booster closer to the camera did the trick.

part of an office security upgrade and this system was easy to wire, easy to install and easy for the user to manage the access cards. Overall great line of products for the money. Thank you Ubiquiti for not having a subscription model to the product line, makes it unique to all other vendors.
