Making A Journal Entry In Quickbooks Online

I bought this as a present to myself to use in my journal. I’ve already ordered more photo paper as I know I will be using it a lot! I’m making a photo story book for my grandson and enjoying it immensely.

I was worried about all the hype online about this tripod, could of got an entry level Gitzo for the money. But so far I am not disappointed. Its so cool looking I'm afraid to get it dirty. It will jazz up one of the cameras I will put upon it and its an ugly one, the Mamiya Universal and the retro curved Vertical Bracket that they made for it. As a pro photographer making my first real entry into the video game, this camera is unbelievable. and the 24-70/4 lens is really amazing for the size and an F/4 lens, honestly--I can shove it in a good sized jacket pocket! Thrilled honestly!

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting!
