Making My Phone A Remote For Insignia Tv

I got my LG for replacement for Insignia and I wish I would made this my first purchase. This TV have the best picture, sound and LG tv channels selection. The app is easy to use and to download. I would suggest this TV brand over others

I bought this about a month and a half ago. I had a 24" insignia tv and it continuously act up. Started looking for a new tv preferably a little larger. I found this 27" Lg which matches my 27" monitors on my computer. I am deaf in one ear so the sound enhancement feature was a big plus. The picture quality is great.

For more than five years I have been using my daughter's 42" Insignia TV for a monitor. I have been looking at purchasing a new monitor for several years. When I saw the ultrawide monitor I immediately wanted it. What kept me? The funds. At the time I just didn't have the funds to purchase one. I moved from Southern California to Oklahoma and the funds became available. I purchased the LG 34 CLASS 21:9 ULTRAWIDE FULL HD IPS GAMING MONITOR and I am loving it. LG has software to download that will allow your screen to be divided into so many different variations. I don't use it for gaming. I use it for website design and graphic creation. What a difference. I should have purchased this monitor years ago.

I bought this to power a Insignia TV and it works great. My wife has to have the TV on all night to sleep and when we had a scheduled over night power shutoff I used a 1000 watt power pack the keep the TV on but the alarm on the inverter sounded just before sun rise. I found this to plug my 195 watt IDX V mount battery and it kept the TV running all night without having to run the inverter and converter with all of their efficiency losses. Happy wife, happy life.

My only hesitancy for making this purchase was based on others saying that no matter how tight you fasten these speaker mounts to your tv mount, there's a gap between the sound bar and the TV. I fiddled with the spacing and created a near seamless fit. I also have a SANUS fixed tv mount for the ultimate in low-profile design. These worked fine together. A bit of advice: affix both tv mount and sound bar mount at same time, as the tv needs to come off the wall in order to affix sound bar mount.

I use it as a Smart TV for streaming my favorite shows and it's always cool to show family and friends how it rotates not only with my remote but with my Samsung phone as well. I love how easy it is to pair with the Smart Things app, which doubles as a remote but also makes it a seamless experience to mirror my phone. This is where that uniqueness comes in when I want to view my social media feeds on the big screen. It brings a whole new level of experience to viewing social media content. I can view pictures as well and it's great being able to share content with others in the house rather than hovering over the phone. Music sounds great and it's easy to use my music apps on the TV. Another great feature is the Ambient mode and Cinemagraph feature. I can select a nature scene and listen to calming sounds before bed, while the screen dims automatically. It's very calming and I enjoy the many options available from the fireplace to a rainy day. One other feature that may not be discussed as much is, I also use this as a second display. The Sero has an HDMI port but I was curious to see if I could connect my computer wirelessly to it. I was able to have the Sero be a wireless extended display from my Windows laptop. The Sero is more than just a Smart TV. It displays artwork which adds to the background in the home. It serves as a way to share my phone content in Portrait Mode & as a second display. There's so much more to explore with this rotating TV!

I just select the screen mirroring button and I have instant phone or tablet mirrored straight on to my TV. My kids have no trouble hooking their tablets to the TV with this remote. It's like having an extremely convenient and cheap satellite dish all in one. I definitely would recommend this. It's so easy to use and does exactly what I hoped it would.

Easily pairs with our Q-Symphony Samsung TV so it combines the TV speakers with the sound bar speakers! It includes a remote although our Samsung TV remote works on both! If you’ve got a Samsung phone, you can walk right up to the soundbar and tap it on the top to play music directly from your phone! Be sure to turn on the option in the smart things app! The sound is clear, and what we were hoping for as we watch movies, play video games and play music in our home. Ideal for our needs for something compact that still provides quality sound—and without muffling of the dialogue!

One month in. Keys are responsive, love the tray/holder for my phone (and a tv remote that almost fits).
