Manual Cold Laminating Machine

This is great for a school setting, or anywhere that has a laminating machine. I could see the posters getting messed up if you hang it up as is, but after being laminated its just fine.

Almost like laminating before printing! I just started to use it and wish it were available when I was in school!!

It adds a flash in manual mode to the film camera with a cold shoe.

These can be weird because some cold shoes can be tough to fit in due to machine tolerances. I appreciate the tolerance in having it as small as possible, but that can be a detriment if it takes too much persuasion to get things in and out of it. Also, locating pins on the bottom would be nice so it doesn't spin and/or back the screw out.

The first thing I noticed was the all metal construction. It was cold to the touch since the box had been sitting outside. Mounted it to my A7 and started clicking away. Manual focus ring has a super long throw and it is accurate . The aperture ring could use a more definitive click, but it is still adequate. As for ease of use, it takes some getting used to since I mainly use autofocus. Manual focusing at apertures 2.8 and larger is a bit challenging even with focus peaking and focus zoom, but it is doable with patience and practice. The few images I initially took were nice straight out of the camera. It does have that “ethereal glow” at larger apertures and it’s quite sharp at smaller f stops. Overall I am happy and cannot wait to shoot more with this lens.

This is a smooth, sturdy paper, and I am pleased with the printing results. It's a bright white paper, which is perfect for my laminating projects.

Was nervous a bit because I was laminating by hand using an iron!!! This stuff is amazing. Rather pricey though. I am in Mxico and i was charged 1085 pesos for import and duty fees on top of what I paid for the product.

If your shooting when it's really cold these gloves are the way to go.

If you photography in cold climates this is a must.
