Finally! A remote controller for my Quantum flashes that lets me adjust the power manually. Worked perfectly out of the box. You will need to know which lights are Wireless R1 and Wireless R2 if you are using different outputs for more than one light. Another great Quantum Instruments product. 5 |

Wireless controller works perfectly in both TTL and manually. Haven't tried high speed sync yet so I can't comment on that. Easy to adjust off camera flashes in 3 groups right from the camera position. Can use all groups in TTL or manual, or a combination of both. You can even adjust each flash zoom manually or set to automatic, which will adjust the flash head zoom as you zoom the lens. The display is well lit and the controls are easily read and adjusted. A solid alternative to the more expensive controllers. Well worth the money. 5 |

If you're tired of manually changing the settings and parameters on TotalMix and swapping back and forth between your DAW windows and TM, then this is the controller for you. The assignable functions allow you to customize the controller to fit your needs. It also has a foot switch input as well, which I've got assigned to talkback. The controller feels robust and it's def got some weight to it. The jog wheel is very firm with high resolution. It works smoothly with my RME UFX and Macbook Pro Late 2013 15' (OSX 10.9.5). Does what I intended it to do. Only bug is that I have to manually turn on hard drive each time I start up my computer. Other external hard drives start up automatically. Perhaps I have some setting wrong. 5 |

With a pair it is a bargain to record stereo sound and work well with Windows, except one needs to manually turn up its recording level (Control Panel Hardware and Sound Sound Recording). 5 |
