Marine Camera Stabilizer

I use a NikonD200 with a Neoprene neck strap and the neoprene, flexible Stabilizer Strap (Op/Tech USA) around my chest when camera is not in use. The stabilizer precents the camera swaying when I am running, climbing, or otherwise active, even getting out of crowded vehicles. The stbilizer prevents the strap from impacting anything like branches, rock walls, furniture, or the person in the seat ahead of me. It permits the camera to instantly slip out of the stabilizer, leaving the strap in position./ The strap length is adjustable to fit over a bulky jacket or vest, and the snap-on ends make it easy to fit.The central lens opening can be enlarged to fit extremely wide diameter lenses. I canot imagine how it could be improved.

I have 3 of these on different plates and such to keep from having to remove the camera from the stabilizer, they are indispensable.

We were looking for a new travel size binoculars as we cruise Transatlantic & Transpacific. Our marine binoculars from West Marine were great while boating but are heavy and take up took much carry on space. The guy behind the counter was fantastic, not pushy or rushing us to make a decision. He showed us various magnifications/sizes and describing the differences with each one. We chose the Vortex 8x42 Viper HD because they ticked most all of the boxes we were looking for at the price that didn't break the bank. We love the size and weight, the focus wheel is slow & precise. They are exactly what we were looking for. Love B&H - always professional and wonderful to deal wit.

Working on a major marine Oil & Gas project, the Fujinon Marine Binocular is perfect for the application and conditions. They are being used by a specialty environmental group to spot turtles and other marine species which may come into contact with work being performed on this project. Perfect application for a perfect product.

I use this with my 1DX and a 70-200mm lens for combat photography. The SH1 belt holster is a tank! I highly recommend this for a pro or armature photographers. I use it in field environments like desert or jungle and it retains the camera exceptionally well. Even in a dead sprint or running a few miles with a full combat load the SH1 is solid. I have a peak design and the spider holster camera retention system they are both great systems but I tend to use my Pro meadia SH1 more. It is super easy to take off and put on. I do recommend using a riggers belt something thick the keeps its form. Other then that get rid of your neck strap and buy this system. I love it! Gunnery Sergeant Robert B. This is a very good camera stabilizer product but needs a support like the Eroz X1.
