Marshall Sound Cancelling Headphones

My beloved Marshall I tried many different headphones until I came across the Marshall Major 3. I really liked the sound. (I listen to different music, but mostly rock 70-80. Favorite band is CHICAGO.) Cool design, comfortable, light with simple and clear controls. I was very pleased! Unfortunately, the plastic part on the headphones broke. I'm lucky. I still had a couple of months of the warranty period, which allowed me to contact the head office MARSHALL in the headphone department. I am grateful to the team and especially to Emme (Marshall Headphones)! I got... MARSHALL 4! Great Marshall! Thanks a lot!

I am loving my new headphones, cleanest sound ever and a good noise cancelling.

Nice separation between instruments with these headphones. Sound is not neutral, but I really enjoy Marshall’s sound signature. It’s warm, but not dark and muddy, if that makes sense; not hot fudge, but more of a creme brûlée. I watch movies, listen to sleep hypnosis, and fill my ears with post-rock and jazz. Everything sounds rich and clear on all formats. Furthermore, I can listen for hours with no ear fatigue, partially due to the fact that they’re also lightweight and comfortable. For the record, I already own the Emberton speaker and am enjoying it so much that I decided to try these headphones too. Both pack a great bang for your buck, in my opinion. Anyway, I recommend these or any of their products. I expect to try more myself in the future.

Excellent headphones! I own the Stanmore II as well and they both sound great! Marshall has done a great job with their products.

These have a very clean, clear open sound for a noise cancelling headphone. When set with no EQ, they do have a significantly increased bass response compared to what I'm used to in headphones, but that bass is extremely tight and articulate, not boomy or muddy. You can turn it down 2 to 4 dB with the simple three-band EQ that is set from the iPhone or Android app if you're like me. (Note that I'm used to somewhat lean bass, my wired headphones being HD600, HD800S, and Audeze LCD-5, all of which can benefit from a bass boost in EQ). Unlike my first wireless Momentum, these pair easily and reliably with Apple devices (in my case) including laptop, iPhone, and iPad. They can pair two devices at once and auto-switch between them. The call quality is exceptional, the touch control on the righthand earpiece is easy and simple, and the noice cancelling is good, without giving the impression of reduced sound quality. Last, they offer insanly good battery life! (Sennheiser claims 60 hours). At the new lower price, I think they are an excellent value, and a pleasure to listen to.

I bought this a week ago and are the most lightest most comfortable headphones I've ever had. Sound is great. Noise cancelling is better than bose.

My Bose Quiet Comfort Headphones arrived a couple of weeks ago and they have quickly become one of the things I look most forward to after a long work day. Forget Calgon… my QuietComfort Ultra’s take me away! I didn’t think it was possible to improve upon the sound quality I’ve come to love with my Bose products… but it seems Bose is “winning” with the release of their new headphones. Set up was easy… after charging the headphones,, it only took a couple of minutes…if that. I first had to download the Bose App to my device and then added the headphones to my account. I can control all the features from the App and the primary ones directly on the headphones. I set my preferable modes on the product and can easily make changes as necessary. My favorite setting…complete immersion. This setting uses the highest noise cancelling level and plays immersive audio in the motion setting. Definitely next level quality sound. I’m able to easily answer calls as they come in as well. The call clarity on my end is perfect… cancelling outside noise distractions of passing emergency vehicles with blaring sirens… and of course the occasional barking dog. I have to take time to locate the speaker in that callers say I’ve sounded muffled at times. It’s possible something is partially covering the speaker …. Maybe it’s my hair, but I’ll figure it out as I continue exploring the features of my new headphones. With that, noise cancelling sound immersion is what I need at the end of a long day. I can unwind to the musicality of contemporary jazz… that sounds like I’m live in studio. Try them for yourself… you won’t be disappointed.

Stupendous sound and noise cancelling from these headphones, and they're extremely comfortable. They can be worn for hours without fatigue. the controls work well. Right out of the box they work well, the phone app isn't really needed. One gripe, considering the exorbitant price: There's no included AC charger, despite the fact that one is pictured in the instruction sheet. This is annoying.
