Marshall Wireless Speaker Vs Sonos

Sonos is the most amazing wireless music player you can ever get. I will recommend it to anybody. I would love if the speaker came two in one box.

I decided to dispose of my hi fi equipment that I had used for years, CD player, amp, pre-amp, tuner & 2 large speakers in our lounge. I acquired a new iPod touch & discovered I could stream the music wirelessly to any Sonos speaker in the house using our BT wireless router. I downloaded the Sonos software onto my iPod & connected the new Sonos 5 speaker to my wireless network using my laptop, all very simple & straightforwardly, even for me. I could not be more pleased with the result, both for the ease of use & the sound quality. In the future I shall look to acquire further speakers for other rooms in the house, as the system is so easy to use.

Sonos is a great wireless speaker system for your surround sound for your TV or to listen to music. You have done a great job how do you recommend to have Sonos in your homes instead of Google or Alexa.

I am in love with the Sonos Spaekers. Currently owned Sonos Roam Portable Smart Speaker, 2 Sonos One Gen 1 Wireless Speakers, 2 Sonos One Gen 2 Wireless Speakers, 3 Sonos One SL Wireless Speakers and 1 Sonos 5 Wireless Speaker through my house. Interested in be buying near future another Sonos 5, Sonos Amplifier and Sonos Subwoofer.

The Sonos line is the next step in near wireless audio for the home, office, and public spaces. Near wireless in that each component needs to be connected to power, but you can now do without speaker wires. The installation is simple, just follow the quick reference guide or use the Sonos web site directions. The bridge works best with an Ethernet cable connection to your router. The Sonos App for tablets and smart phones is easy and intuitive. Once set up, you can either stream from on-line sources or from local media available on your home network or wireless connected devices. Biggest surprise is the richness of the sound from streaming sources as well as local network media. I ran the speaker - room calibration several times to adjust where I wanted the Sonos speaker and where I wanted to be to listen. The dynamic ability to change how sound is delivered is apparent immediately. There is a cost point for Sonos that must be considered. That said, the performance justifies the price.
