I had to purchase a lens cap and called B&H. Spoke with Martin and I did purchase the incorrect cap so had to call back and spoke with Michael.. Both gentlemen were exceptionally knowledgeable and very heplful.. Also pleasant and very cordial. In this day and age of customer service turning into customer harassment it was a nice change.. The Amp was very easy to set up right out of the box. I have a wireless Martin Logan sub that I just can't part with, thankfully, the Amp was compatible, and sounds excellent with my pair of Sonos One. 5 |
