The clamp comes with everything you need, wrench, standard screw, and level. The first time I held this clamp I knew that there would be more than a casual mechanical connection between us. This upgrade from standard mechanical drive to SSD improved my boot time and overall performance! Went from over 10 minutes to less than 2 to boot up and now has all the apps running and waiting for me to use my laptop. I wasn't sure I wanted a laptop, but I bought a slightly used one from a friend to help them out. Initially I was disappointed. The laptop was years newer than my towers but a disappointing startup, once I realized it still had a mechanical drive in it, it was well duh! Replacing the drive was all I needed to finally move into having an easily mobile and effective computer to use. 5 |
