Melted Polymer Sticks To Nozzle 3D Printer

I have used this family of cartridges in my Epson SureColor P800 printer for over 5 years. I have never had a clogged nozzle. I have never needed to clean the printer heads. I am very pleased with the results of using genuine Epson inks.

Purchased as my first real 3D printer (with the exception of a kit-build that did not work out very well). I wanted a high-temperature printer that could eventually handle glass-reinforced Nylon for some upcoming gear making. From other reviews I see that with the addition of an enclosure and hardened nozzle the S1 Pro can do a very good job with the high temp materials. So far, I'm still learning the basics of printing with PLA but I'm confident the printer will handle the advanced materials. Shipping from B&H was fast (only a couple of days). Setup does include some assembly and tension adjustments with the belts and rollers. Is not difficult (check online videos and the manual on the SD card). My only complaint is that the package did not include the right screws to attach the display mount (fortunately I live near a hardware store). After a week of operation I haven't had a failed print. The only problems I've had involve my inexperience in designing objects for FDM printing. As an example, the attached photo is from my first attempt at printing fine lettering. This is an early test of an attempt to create some custom stamps. The letters are 1/4 tall and were printed with the stock 0.4mm nozzle at a speed of 25mm/sec. The only cleanup has been a light sanding to even up the top of the print. Not bad for a first try and no tuning.

Not too much to say. Factory replacements for the printer cartridges. I print at least a nozzle check page every couple weeks and my printer stays happy. Not sure how long a person could let it sit. Pretty sure I don't want to find out:-) Nice that we can buy from B&H and be sure it's the real deal. Not so sure about Amazon and some other places.

Easy to install. Good color. never had a clogged nozzle.

The tilting nozzle makes this fit much better in my small camera bag.

This was my first 3D printer! It was an easy setup. It took me less than 45min to build plus the set up time. It’s also user friendly! I would highly recommend this as a first or additional printer!

This is my second 3d printer. It is a fabulous printer the build size is limiting. The performance and print quality are spectacular. Very quiet also.

This case is serious and held a Printrbot PLAY 3d printer, a 3DS 3d scanner, PLA spools and tools perfectly. Only reason I didn't pack the computer in there as well is that the PC was too wide. This case traveled through many flights within Peru and the sensitive 3d printing equipment remained intact and aligned. The grey color is awesome. At about $130 it was a great deal. Looks like luggage, performs like a titanium safe! The pinch and pluck foam worked really well and the inside of the case looks like it was custom made for my printer. It was very comfortable to roll around airports and streets. The handle extended to a nice height. I did not have to crouch.
