We changed over from using Meraki's for the past 5 years to the UniFi system. So far we are very happy with our decision. The UniFi system allows the same level analytics and tracking that we had with Meraki (maybe even an it more in some areas).

After using Cisco and Cisco Meraki for years, Aruba Instant Go got it right for small businesses. I have installed these APs in retail stores, restaurants and other small businesses. Easy install, amazing Guest Portal features and I love the app!

I absolutely love Meraki Products and that doesn't change with the Meraki Go line of products. The Meraki Go Lineup combines the affordability of consumer products and the experince of Meraki's enterprise Hardware. Setup was painless with the guidance of the Meraki Go app. If you have used any of the Meraki enterprise products, Meraki Go is very much simiar with a smaller and more digestable feature set making it very friendly for even the least tech savvy.

After update 4.0.6 Ubiquiti has made feature parity with Meraki for firewalls. No licensing ditch Meraki allows us to just buy 2 for every client to be used a HA pair without dramatically increasing our clients pricing.

As a test we replaced all our Meraki access points at our Middle School with UAP-AC-PRO access points. We saw a definite improvement in coverage and a decrease in dropped connections. I was able to configure these APs identically to my Meraki setup. I am now purchasing enough of these to put an access point in every classroom in our school district. I'm a fan!

I only recommend APC going forward as there have been too many other solutions that are not as dependable.
