Message Real Or Fake Computer Infected Call Microsoft

So much different between the real and the Chinese's fake one.

I am very happy with this computer. Microsoft makes transferring everything a breeze.

I have tried fake Canon inks but Canon really know how to make a fine product. Don't try the immitators, get the real thing.

This is very useful item especially when you are charging your phone but need to make a phone call using your wired headphones (with a microphone). I was also able to listen to the music or play games while charging without any problems. When I plugged Aluratek Dual Lightning Adapter into my phone for the first time, message popped up letting me know that I was using non Apple product, but there was no problems or interference. I haven't seen that message any other time after that.

I purchased 2 adapters. The first one I tried to set up and got a message that the code copied from it was incorrect. I then tried using the Belkin app and it couldn’t find it. The second one set up immediately without any problem and is working great without any problems. Attempting to contact support by phone was a nightmare! I got messages saying to expect extended waiting time due to unusually high call volume (different days and times). Twice I was able to leave my number for a call back. The first time I got a call there wasn’t any response, just dead air. The next time when I answered I immediately got the hold music which continued for 45 minutes until I hung up. I finally used the support chat. After a 1 hour session (which would have taken 15 minutes of talking) I was told that I would be able to return it for an exchange and would be contacted.

OEM battery works as expected. Arrived quickly. When I want an OEM battery, I come to B&H to be sure I'm getting the real thing and not a fake.

Did you know that you can't even get the computer to work without a Microsoft Login now? Super annoying.

As usual B&H sells the real product. Not some sneaky knock-off fake! Fast shipping as usual. On other orders I've called and emailed them in the past. Always helpful. I remain a loyal customer. Great people there at B&H. Not much to say about the battery itself. Works great in my XH-1 and XPro-3.
