I like these metal ones. I have had a plastic one break on me.

I uset those on all my Nikon bodies, the best eyepiece you can buy ever, I have purchased aftermarket one once on ebay and it was garbage it was made out of plastic so hard that I almost hurts my eye so I dumped it to a garbage where ir belongs.
