We were looking for a mic that would work with vocals and instruments for Old Time and Bluegrass bands. This mic is better than we dreamed. Easy to balence. Works great with our small mixer. Great price, great product!

This is a work horse mic used by every sound engineer to record any type of instruments:brass, percussion, etc.

I use this mic to record string and wind (brass mostly) instruments.  The different patterns make it effective in a variety of spaces depending on whether you want to reject other sounds or include reflections.  Versatile and great sound quality.

Crystal clear glass, nice metal ring I think it's brass.

It is a well made bracket that is all metal. The studs are solid brass with duual 1/4 and 3/8 threaded holes.

I usually use these bands to help improve my grip on older all-metal lenses when I wear gloves. I realized recently that these bands would be perfect to firm up / lock the focus ring on my manual astrophotography lens... it works wonders, and it's incredibly simple.

Metal brass adapter. Perfect attachment on both sides. Black anonized finish. Good price/performance ratio.

I've used some step-up rings that were brass and higher quality, which is true on the type of metal itself, but brass can cause some filters to get seriously stuck. I'm a big fan of the Sensei PRO step-up rings, since they are made well and help me swap out filters quickly and easily. Recommended!

Good quality build with nice fit to lens threads. The brass metal material allows for ease of fitting and removal. Not my first choice of brand but after waiting for 5+ weeks for the back ordered item, B&H allowed for a brand change and got delivery in 4 days from the order change: nice customer support
