Metal Drawer Hardware Organizer

I didn't use the divider kit in a Pelican case, but rather as an organizer for my camera gear in an existing drawer. The flexibility of the kit really allowed me to get everything exactly as I wanted.

I like that each cell is padded and separated by a firm metal divider. I keep Shure SLX2 wireless mics in the larger cells and a SM58 and various clips in the smaller one. There is a slight gap at the top of the drawer in the rear, maybe the thickness of a few sheets of paper, so if you were using this in a mobile rig and keep very small items like washers in the drawer they could fall out. Otherwise this is perfect for transporting microphones. The drawer I received came with a lock and key which weren't shown on the picture or listed in the description. The lock is very secure and can't be picked easily like some other drawers.

I needed an articulating VESA style mount for my Osee LCM156-A production monitor. All the other products I found were much more expensive. I was concerned that this would not fully support the weight of the monitor which ships with an attached carry case/sun hood (approximately 14 pounds), but I thought I'd roll the dice and see if this would support it...and it does. The unit is small enough that I can pack it into the carry case without having to remove it (a HUGE plus), and it provides adequate angle adjustment range. The plastic ratchet handle may wear out over time, but I know this can be replaced with a solid metal one. For the cost of this product, the plastic handle isn't a surprise. The more important hardware is the bit that clamps onto the articulating balls. That hardware is all metal, and looks like it will last with proper use. The supplied screws are a bit too long and bottom out before tightening. I was able to shimmed the plate with 2 washes at each screw, and it appears to hold well. Overall, I'm very pleased with this mount, and think it's a good value.

Quality hardware, full metal case and connectors. POTs have a good consistent feel. I was already familiar with Audacity so this was another plus. My WIN7Pro laptop detected it and installation was a breeze.

Very sensitive. Hardware, eg. spider pivot thumbscrew/nut is soft metal (hardware store replacement). Works great, but won't stand up to much wear and tear. I'd buy another one in a heartbeat, but I'm babying the one I have, and it's been great. Maybe I should pick up a spare?

I love the quality of hardware for the price I paid. It is glass and metal so I feel confident that it will take a few bumps. Pros: price!!! Durable and easy to slide the dial. Cons: there's really no gauge to tell you how many stops you set it to, just little squares. The filter is not made to take a lens hood so I have to put the hood on first and try to screw the filter on with the tips of my finger. If you set the filter to max, be sure it's not in full sun, you will get dark spots and polar lines. It's probably best to take test shots and keep notes, it helps me when I don't have much time to get the shot! Great buy all around! I would recommend this product to a friend!

I am amazed at the build quality of this harness, from the heavy duty metal hardware to the gorgeous thick leather and clever design. It's worth the investment as you only have to buy it once this will definitely last a lifetime.
