Metal Wire Used In Headphones Band

We use headphones for band rehearsal. I had some handmade wire hangers that I bent to hold the headphones but they were completely wrapped around the mic stand and not easy to remove. So I thought I'd see what was available commercially and discovered the SwirlyHook. Its exactly what we needed. Easy to attach or remove. Easy to move up and down on the stand. More than strong enough to hold any pair of headphones.

This clip is a replacement for the metal clip supplied with the Kenwood TH-D72 dual band transceiver. It is a perfect fit and actually prevents the radio from slipping off your belt unlike the orignal clip.

cant hear it when its on unless u put it on lvl10 setting but even then its quiet. there is a metal band that wraps the inside of the outer fan blade that might need to be turned so if u hear a blade touching something just adjust that band

This is the perfect monopod for my purposes. I shoot a lot video with my DSLR of my son and his metal band at various venues in the tristate area. A tripod would be great, but in most places impractical. This monopod solves the problem of keeping the camera steady and not taking up a lot of room. It has a comfortable height, is very easy to set up quickly and stores away easily as well. I have worked professionally for more than 40 years and can't imagine why I never got around to buying one of these until now.

The metal band that stretches the fabric is much stronger than I had expected. It is strong enough to get the wrinkles out without our having to steam the fabric to get it smooth. Size is also quite good, keeps the background totally within the green or blue area.
