Mi Home Security Camera 360 Change Wifi

I just bought this WiFi and so far I love it. It helps with internet consistency throughout my home with all of my televisions, computers, home security and other equipment. Very helpful for those working from home to optimize internet performance.

I've recently upgraded my home network to using the CM1000 and a security/WiFi appliance. The CM1000 is a real trooper, very reliable and has delivered 1Gb speeds as advertised. It was very simple to setup with my cable provider and works like a charm! Great product and company!

This is much better than the systems I had previously (Google WiFi, Linksys Velop, Netgear Orbi). I have an old 1940’s home filled will plaster walls and the Netgear Orbi AC3000 version 1 was the best at sending 2.4 and 5GHz through the walls. While the other systems lacked the horsepower to get through the plaster walls. The Netgear just worked but I did not have much to tinkering plus the security on it was terrible. If you wanted internet security you would have to pay a monthly subscription fee for Armour. The UDM is great I can create multiple virtual WLAN (home automations, TV, laptop/mobile devices, etc). Each vLAN is separate so they don’t fight for WiFi space. The one UDM covers my 1200sq ft plaster walled home with secure WiFi and if I need more I could add an access point. The fact that the 4 port switch is managed is a plus. Being able to turn on/off those 4 ports makes it even more secure. Just hope that Ubiquiti continues to support this little diamond of a product with FW updates. I can see the UDM being able to do so much more. A lot is the software is in Beta and some in Alpha stage. Hopefully one day (SOON) it will be in full production mode.

To shoot straight down is a must-have if to get a full 360ºx180º equirectangular. To do this with the tripod and Nodal Ninja in the image makes on limited sense. The idea is to move the camera outside and the tripod a little bit to compensate for the change. If that is a lot of manual mounting work, the process is just cumbersome. The Nodal Ninja M Series Nadir Adapter is just a fantastic way of saving time. Disconnecting the standard vertical element from the Nodal Ninja M1S and mount it 180º to the outside is not a big problem, but it takes more time, and based on lens and camera weight, it is not fun if the ground is slippery (worse case). To have this element working for the 180º change is easy and comfortable. The needed screw can be adjusted, pulled out, rotate and position it, so it is not in the way. After that, it is easy. While rotating the camera to the outside, the point of gravity changes, and the tripod is not as stable as it was before. While the physical connection is never left with this element, the attention can stay with the tripod, since the whole process doesn't require two hands. The element has click stops, which follows the Nodal Ninja concept (like others) to avoid looking at scales or markings. I needed a screw that wasn't in the package but was delivered when I got my Nodal Ninja, since I ordered a scree replacement set as well. This would be the only negative I would mention. Your set up might be different since I guess that not as many people use the S (small) version. The finish and precision are equal to the M-series. I really love it. (My background here: I shoot 360-Panos since 1997 and have done so in the four-digit amount of equirectangular-images by now, currently more in the 40K wide [pixel] range, and HDRi.)

Of all the extra pieces I bought for the one X series of 360 cameras, I never thought this would be the one to change my workflow. I'm not an expert at this stuff yet, but it's nice to shoot clips and video segments and quickly get them off the camera and into my computer. This accessory helps you do that immediately and stays on the camera.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been thrilled with my ecobee Home Security Bundle. Installation and configuration could not have been easier or more intuitive. Mount the sensors, open the ecobee app on your phone, step through adding the new device, and the security bundle was up and running in a couple of minutes. One of the things I like about ecobee products is they appeal to a wide range of Users. You can keep it very simple, or you can integrate their devices into a larger ecosystem for home automation. I also purchased the SmartCamera as part of the ecobee as part of the Home Security Bundle. And I already have an ecobee Smart Thermostat with Voice Control. These devices integrate through the ecobee App to create a very simple to use home security network for added peace of mind. And the Autopilot feature automatically takes care of turning on/off the security system and setting the thermostat to home/away as you come and go from your home. What a simple but effective design.

I needed to connect an outdoor wireless security camera to Wifi but the signal on the main router wasn't strong enough to penetrate a thick masonry wall. The TP-link solved this problem. I set it up inside at the wall needing signal penetration but in line with the router. It worked perfectly - having a booster closer to the camera did the trick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The VOSKER® - V150 security camera is a great little camera for those areas which one does not have access to WiFi. It is weather proof, rugged, durable, and can withstand large changes in temperature. The best feature is that one does not need to have power or WiFi when thinking about where to put this camera. I needed a camera for a situation just like that. The back area of my property does not have a power source nor does my WiFi reach it. I needed a camera that can supply both its own power, and its own connectivity while also taking high quality pictures. The VOSKER® - V150 does just that. If you have a similar situation as me, I highly recommend the VOSKER® - V150 as your go to security camera.

Had this camera in use for about a month without any issues. Enabled me to have security coverage where I couldn’t get WiFi. Solar panel feature makes camera worry free
