this Thermostat was very easy to setup can set with one finger just slide up or down to where you want and walk away its that easy can also setup WIFI very easy to take phone or tablet and set it there wife loves it if you are in bed and forget to set it just pickup phone and set it ITS THAT EASY ! ! !

I changed from the Nest thermostat that I had for years because I was starting having issues with the thermostat from the WiFi ,to the schedule and Google moving everything to the Google Home app so I gave The Ecobee a try and I am glad I did it has working perfectly during the cold weather that we had. I was able to install it easily in 20 minutes even before the house got cold.

Love the NEST thermostat! Easy to install. Just follow the directions. Easy to connect to wifi. App works great and love the ability to connect to the Amazon ECHO. Let's you control the temperature using Alexa!

Bought this for a wifi thermostat with no c wire. Had it up and running in no time. The screw in option is great to keep it in place

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using Ecobee thermostat for years (EMS Si WiFi generation) and the WiFi disconnects every so often so it was kind of an inconvenience. But now that I received the new and improved, I’m so happy with it, it’s looks so much prettier and I still get to use the app to control it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only was this thermostat super easy to install, their customer service is phenomenal. We had to give them a call when cold air wasn't coming through after we installed it and within minutes they fixed the issue for us, which was operator error on our part. my favorite part is the ability to use the app to change the temperature so if I'm downstairs and I want to shut off the air conditioning upstairs I can do so on the app without having to stop what I'm doing or leave the kids. It's aesthetically pleasing and the simplicity is super convenient.

Really enjoy the efficiency of this thermostat. My fan isn't pushing any cold air, switches to furnace when necessary and hvac isn't constantly running when target temperature isn't being met. Love the customizable settings and weather forecast on the unit. All can be controlled from my phone!

I got a new furnace and central air unit and the Heating and cooling company that I won’t with offered the thermostat. I like how I can get up in the morning and turn the heat up and then get out of bed

I love that it offers personalized schedules, notifies me for things like the air filter needing to be replaced, my home's air quality, etc. Very easy to use, installation was quick and simple, and very sleek and appealing on the wall. The smart sensor is an awesome addition as it allows you to control hot/cold spots in the home. My bedroom is always the hottest or coldest and this has helped balance the temperature in there to match the rest of the house. This provides you with complete control and allows you to use from anywhere through the app or with Alexa which is also a great feature. Overall loving this so far and so thankful to have received it to try!!

Did the DIY installation for this thermostat about a month ago and loving it so far! The instructions for installation were clear and easy to follow, and the helpdesk was prompt and helpful in diagnosing an issue with an extra wire. Overall loving the features of this thermostat and how easy it is to use. Being able to control the temperature from my phone in the middle of the night or when I don't feel like walking over to the thermostat itself is amazing. I also really like the built-in humidity and air quality sensors, giving me more information about the condition of the air in the home than I've ever had access to before. Overall a great product and I look forward to integrating with other smart home technology in the future.
