I purchased a Micro S LTE, recently having a chat with a vendor he mentioned it was now a discontinued model so purchased another one and plan to purchase one or two more before they’re gone for good. Only complaint I have is, why discontinue a product as good as this? Thanks SPYPOINT! (If you’re looking to unload any left over Micro S I’m more than willing to take them off your hands haha)

I've been ordering from B&H for over a decade (photo+computer) - they have the best of the best technical support team - both as a 'Live Chat' or phone call. This is so important for my work and my students. They are generous with their time and sharing expertise.

I have only used the remote a few times but what little I have it seems to work well. The cord is too short. I would love to get an extension and was informed through live chat there were none available.

I've never used an HD filter before so I went on live chat to B&H and they were so helpful in pinpointing what was going to be best filter for what I was using it for. This filter was recommended as it has thin glass so I would hopefully not get the vignette when using through day. I have not been disappointed. The filter arrived 2 days after purchasing it online and the results I've got from using it have been incredible. I would definitely use B&H again when deciding on my next photography purchase. They were extremely knowledgeable and this has resulted in me getting the product I was hoping for.

After careful dilebration and reading reviews, and B&H Live chat, I finally decided on this FreeWave Wireless Remote Shutter Release. It quite frankly is awesome, everything I wanted. You get the ease of wireless, without worry that you have to be in front of the camera for it to be seen. This beauty works on radio wave and I have never had a mis-fire! Everyone needs this cable release in their bag.
