Micro Center Return Policy

Works well, and fits the printer we have. Before purchase, be sure you get the right tape, or you will have to return. Not sure on B&H return policy, but just be sure you get the right size. So far, this prints well and we are happy with it. It's a replacement for the tape we ran out of.

The service for the toner cartridge was prompt and efficient. Good policy to handle return of used cartridges.

The hard drive was great as expected but, B&H is the real winner. Their shipping is great and their return policy is fabulous. I buy a lot from these guys because that have been wonderful to deal with. Thanks B&H!

The first filter I received from B&H was damaged, but B&H having a good return policy let me return it without a hassle (and they paid for the return shipping!). Now for the filter, the filter is good. I will buy the 1/2 strength because the 1/4 just doesn't knock out enough of the sharpness on skin on the c100 Mark ii; though it does give a nice bloom around the highlights. The build quality is nice and I have yet to run into a problem with it getting stuck on any of my lenses. Now I will say that when put on a sensi step down filter ring it was a struggle to get off, but that may be because I over tightened it, time will tell. Overall I'm happy with this purchase.

I had to return my first sample, but B&H’s customer service and return policy cannot be better! The first one had excessive purple fringing and very soft across the field of view. Second copy is far better. I live in a city, so I have light pollution. Still, I went out on my deck on a clear night to shoot some stars to test infinity point. I shot 7 photos and went back in. In Lightroom, I discovered a satellite in two of the shots. It is clearly visible at 100% ! A very pleasant surprise especially considering I was shooting wide open! Highly recommend this lens, but if you get a bad copy, just return it and try again.

The DJI Care Refresh is a great insurance policy and is well worth the money. I have not had to use the DJI service but it is nice knowing if the $1,000 Mavic Air 2 should accidently crash, I can return the damaged drone, twice for a replacement, just don't lose it, you must return it. I also signed up for the 2nd year DJI Refresh Care Plus direct with DJI, not offered through their dealers apparently.

Quality-built tripod with bubble level feature included, which I appreciate. Tripod reaches more than my height which I like, since a center pole is not included (no center pole is a good feature for improved stability). A choice of 3 different feet styles included in the package is an added bonus. I did need to return the first tripod shipment as B&H sent me another customer's return which was missing some of the accessories. I would have expected better inspection quality from B&H's Return Department before re-selling returned merchandise.

Canon dioptric lens corrected perfectly so that i could return adjustment to center and helped perfect manual focus especially when using macro menses.� The fits was perfect as expected and gained the benefit of keeping dust etc. out and off the body eyepiece lens.

I was a bit skeptical about getting a console but thought I would give it a try and just return it if not convinced. But I have to say my color grading has gone to a new level with this addition. Grading has become more organic and instinctive and very much faster. The accuracy of the adjustments using the wheels is much higher than with the mouse, you can make micro adjustments very easily. I had to re-arrange my desk layout to get a comfortable workflow. I moved my clean feed monitor to the left side and put the console in front of my main editing monitor. I bought an aluminum laptop stand from micro center which lifts the back of the console about 4 inches so it tilts towards me. Also got a wireless keyboard so cable aren't in the way. The build quality of this product is very high and I was impressed. I also recommend using a stream deck 4x8 so you can assign macro keys for all your common keyboard shortcuts.

Took a little while to get here but this board was 70$ cheaper than micro center. Have had 0 issues so far, will see how good it really is when I upgrade to a zen3 CPU but for now it’s perfect
