I could not upgrade the firmware from Godox through my windows 10. So after a computer professional looked over the situation said that Windows 10 would not recognize the upgrade due to the time Godox wrote the firmware upgrade. He used Windows 7 and the firmware upgrade worked. 5 |

Verbatim products have always been great for me. It is a real shame that the powers to be at micro soft killed the light scribe features that I depended upon. Maybe if Microsoft would stop forcing everybody into Windows 10 and go back to systems that worked without problems like Light scribe, they might be able to bring back previous Windows supporters. 5 |
