Micro Usb To 2.5 Mm Cable

Bought 2 of these cables with the intent to chop in half and solder the DIN connector of an Ultrasync One stock cable to make a direct timecode cable for Sony FX-3/30 cameras. With a little continuity test, solder, and heat shrink it works perfectly. These micro USB Multi connectors are longer with more pins than regular micro USB. Internal wires: Red=3.5mm Tip=Timecode, Yellow and Black=3.5mm Ring and Sleeve=Ground. Use this info as you like!

Its sad that you get a complete capture pro unit and keep hunting for a little 2.5mm aux cable to connect for camera. Hahnel must supply the cable with the kit. I dont like this greedy approach. Sad.

I ordered this cable by mistake, I needed the 2.5 mm cable for my Vello lightning/motion trigger. Fortunately I haven't needed to use the cable or trigger.

Great cable. Works just fine. Wish Mogami offers more different cable, like 2.5mm to 3.5mm, for example.

I got this set of triggers to go with my Yongnuo Yn560-IV Speedlite and my Sony A6300 camera (Both from B&H). The work great and are quite versatile in what I can use them for. Firsts they work with the flash so I can use one of the to remote trigger the flash. In other reviews I have seen these go a longer distance than I would ever need. This alone makes them wort the price. If needed I could trigger another brand of flash as well. I also purchased a Vello 2.5mm to Multi-terminal cable (B&H # VERCCS225 ) and by plugging in the 2.5mm end to the trigger I can use the other remote as a remote focus/shutter release for my A6300 camera and/or fire flash. I have even used it as a wired shutter release cable by holding the trigger in my hand while it was plugged into the camera using the cable. Love these.

Bought this cable to use with my pocket wizard plus iiie to trigger the Canon EOS R which has a 2.5mm remote jack on the camera.

MY PROBLEM My Harman/Kardon CL's ship with a cable that has iPdo control ability. I wanted a straight through cable that didn't have the bulk of the control section (which caught on my collar all the time). REQUIREMENTS The cable had to be 2.5mm to 3.5mm as the headphone has a 2.5mm socket. This cable was perfect, a good length for portable listening and has a nice simple design with good build quality. The cable is also nice and flexible so it doesn't annoy you during normal day to day portable listening. COMPATIBILITY Don't be discouraged by the factory specific locking system for their headphone models, the design is such that it will fit any 2.5mm socket that is not recessed into the headphone cup. Sure it will not lock into the headphone unless it has the exact same design as their units but a small price to pay for me as I just wanted a simple cable.

This cable is great. It fits precisely the Nikon 10-pin plug and the 2.5mm plug in the equatorial mount! That is all it needs to do!

As GH2 owners are aware- the camera uses the dinky little 2.5mm plug for the microphone. Before I got this cable I had to use all kinds of adapters. This is perfect- it's coiled so it takes less space, and it uses right angle plugs. The gold plating is gravy. The cool thing is it doesn't just work for the Beachtek adapter- it also works for any audio recorder that uses a standard 3.5mm plug where you can send a mic out back to the camera. If you're sending a line out you will need an attenuator like the Sescom. Great cable and good price.

Works just fine. If you look for an extension cable, any 2.5mm stereo cable will work; it's a standard plug size.
