Camera came ... and I had it out recording that day. The multi video/still picture function is a huge plus for me and quality is amazing.

I've only had this camera for about a week now but was able to shoot a project on it. The 4K is beautiful and the autofocus function is incredible. I flew the camera on the Ronin-MX; pair that with the autofocus and it performed beautifully. I have not had a chance to try the 120fps. And of course the photos it takes are incredible but that doesn't even need to be mentioned because it is well known. Battery performance is good. I ran about 3.5 hours on it shooting video before needing to change the battery. One thing to note is that the camera will in fact record 4K on the CF card. I read somewhere that it could not but it indeed can write 4K video to the card. It won't do it for more than 20 or 25 seconds so if you are wondering why when shooting 4K and the autostop function enables, it is most likely because it is writing to the CF card and not the CFast card.

I do video and like to segment each one. and I do a lot of do-overs. With this , I can stop and start the video function without have to walk back to the camera. Easy to set up (YOUTUBE video) and does the job.

I was looking for a compact camera that would work for both travel and documenting visual art work in my studio with stills and video. The auto function produces crisp images and the hand held night shot feature is amazing. The camera provides full control in 5 different modes including fully manual operation. Especially useful is the feature that allows dragging the focus area in the picture frame. I have used the video function for one application that worked very well. I uploaded a photo shot with maximum zoom and manual focus through a back door glass and screen and a hand held night shot. I am looking forward to trying out many of the other features. If you do not have to change lenses this is a great camera.

This generation has updated video capabilities, 10bit 422 is really good. The screen has been improved, the camera function is as good as ever, the focus is fast, the stability is strong, and the video function is excellent. For photo and video workers, this camera is really worth it!
