This is my first time working with a digital microphone. The first thing I did was test it versus my iPhone 14 Pro Max and my SteelSeries Pro headset. This blew them both out of the water. I used it as a system with the iPhone, then also as just a receiver hooked up to an Osmo Action 4. Post-production using Lumafision on the iPad was a breeze as well. I don't know much about this stuff but I record video on my iphone using the Rode Wireless Go and Rode Lavalier Go and my microphone would blow out sometimes when I talked louder. The rep at BH said this could fix that and give me slightly better sound quality. It seems to be doing exactly that as my mic isn't blowing out as hard as before. 5 |
