This stand seems to be the standard for Hotel AV companies. No wonder, one person can easily raise/lower the speaker to the proper level. Stand can easily support 90+ pounds but you will need to add sand bags to stabilize if you raise it to near max height. There is some concern about the durability. I have found that if it is dropped it may come apart. As long as you DO NOT LOOSE THE PIN and SPRING, it is easily reassembled. Do not use this stand as a light tree. C-clamps will bend the tube out of round on the first attempt. This will greatly reduce it's safe capacity when extended. 5 |

I have had a few other models from different companies and I have found that this tripod will stand the test of time as the others broke within a year or two. I would recommend this product to anyone. It is a bit on the heavy side though. 5 |
