Microphone Stand Weights

Great microphone stand!

This is a simple microphone stand.

For an inexpensive microphone stand, it seems to be solid.

Light stand weights and bags are a must-need for any photographer or videographer. If ever wanting to shoot outside in a windy day or on a crowded set, these bags help keep your light stands in place and harder to tip over. These are a great, cheap solution. Probably wont last you 20 years, but at 15 lbs its the perfect weight for quick and easy travel and enough stability support.

These are so compact—yet heavy! Really love the fact that you can wrap them around any stand—unlike traditional sandbags that have to have a horizontal leg like a C-stand to rest on. I was using Manfrotto Counter Balance Weights (orange painted iron counter balance weight)—but the Kupos are quicker to install/remove and easier to carry (on your shoulders). Plus the Manfrotto Weights could do serious damage if dropped.

i used this product for portraits mostly its so great i had to buy two so I'm using to shoot cars and models too, the only thing is that the stand is light you have to buy some weights so it worn fall over but thats really about it.

Having the stand to replace an assistant in some cases is beneficial. The stand itself does require weights to hold it down. Love the flexibility of this product and the size of the disc is perfect and compact. I wish this item came with a carrying case.

These weights are great for getting in tight places and getting attached/around the neck of a light stand. Also a quick boom unit counter weight!

It is a good umbrella, very big (which is the point), and well made. It is a bit heavy so make sure you use a solid stand and clamp. You may also need weights on the stand for counterbalance, especially outdoors.
