Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse 3600 Hack Wheel Button

This mouse is a must have for anyone working with a 3D program that requires a middle mouse button. At first glance the mouse looks like any other mouse with a scroll wheel. Look closer. Between the left and right button is a real middle mouse button needed for navigating 3D space in most programs. Using a clickable scroll wheel instead of a real mouse button just doesn't work for me. The activation force required for clicking a scroll wheel is cramp inducing and it's too easy to accidentally scroll (zoom) at the same time. The CadMouse solves this problem with the extra button. I have a 3Dconnexion Space Mouse as well, so I don't know how I missed this gem. It's perfect for 3D on its own or as a Space Mouse companion. Thanks 3Dconnxion!

It works much better than the previous Microsoft 5000 mouse that frequently lost the bluetooth connection. The only concern is the cost.....too high.

I use the Evoluent for my main computer. It is a large mouse and it does take some getting use to. It has three main buttons under the fingers, two buttons next to the thumb and the wheel button. All are programable with the downloadable software from the Evoluent site. The buttons are a little light but once you get used to them it works very well. I liked it so much I purchased one for my wife. Both are on computers that run Win 7 pro, no problems yet. I have been using the mice for 3 weeks.

I love how the mouse is totally silent, and it is super comfortable to use. I really like how you have that extra button on the scroll wheel, and you can customize that in the app, it helps with productivity. 5 stars

great price and works great, better than Microsoft mouse

This is a great, easy to use mouse. I've used various Microsoft Mouse types through the years and this is the same, good, high quality.

Good Bluetooth mouse for use with laptop.

In spite of its shortcomings, the Magic Mouse is still the best Bluetooth mouse for the Mac.

As the headline says. I like the scroll wheel too. I use it at a workstation w/o room for a mouse.

Have not had a racing wheel since my old Microsoft Force Feedback years ago. This is better. Smooth, no hitches at all. Would recommend it over the clunkier lower priced models
