Microsoft Laptop Not Turning On Black Screen

I switched from a Microsoft laptop to the Ipad pro. The touch screen is to navigate , very fast operating system. Battery life is amazing, I go days without charging. The camera images are incredible, four speakers sound is good. i would recommend a screen saver and padded case to protect your investment. Great choice

The best laptop I’ve ever owned. First of all, it looks good with its sleek black casing. The screen is suitably large and the resolution and color rendition is outstanding for a device in this price range. I haven’t had a Windows laptop for about 8 years, a not very good Asus laptop which failed from some computer degenerative disease. The LG laptop is orders of magnitude better. Since I haven’t had it very long, I can only hope that I need to replace it because it is obsolete.

I bought my laptop with B&H and Microsoft Office 365 pop-up with a discount and I didn't hesitate to add it to my cart.

As I become familiar with these, I now own two, I look at a year old uber powerful laptop an see nothing but limitations to the laptop form factor. Microsoft nailed usability with the Surface. If you have not yet experienced 30gb M.2 buss this will open your eyes on what is in store for the future. When my wife turned it on all she could say was, WOW. Yes, there are some limitations. The port is USB-C 10gb not thunderbolt. The screen is not 4K. But I am not editing video on this tiny computer, I do that on a gaming style workstation with monster color corrected monitors. but for the other 90% of the things I do on a computer, including watching Amazon Prime in bed, this is PERFECT.

I've been using the Microsoft Laptop since version 1 and it has consistently been an amazing piece of hardware! I was so glad to get the Microsoft Laptop 4 - it has great performace, lightweight, and is fast! Boot is super quick! Highly recommended for work or school.

Great colors, and the monitor being able to move up and down while also being able to pitch up and down is perfect

The way it folds back is so great ergonomically allowing so much more comfort using my laptop at the desk. When turning in at night makes a great desk situation relaxing in bed. Oh and can’t wait to use it with my camera bags. I don’t think I’m even going to take my computer out of it!

I bought this laptop looking for a balance of power and battery life without turning everything off. It is used for university classes, tutorials, and videos. I can go from 9:30am to 5:30pm without reaching for my charger. I would recommend it to anyone looking for that Cinderella laptop of weight, ruggedness, performance and battery life.
