Microsoft Laptops For College

I've been using Microsoft Surface laptops for personal and business use for years, and I've got no complaints. I like my hardware and software to be made by the same company so there's less bloatware. I don't use the laptop to game, edit videos, or anything intensive. (Unless you count having multiple tabs of Google Chrome open.) The machine runs smoothly. No complaints there. The angular metal exterior looks and feels great. It says professional without being as boxy as a ThinkPad.

I had two laptops that were no more than three years old and after the upgrade to Microsoft windows 11 they just seem to slow down. The simple fix was to put two of these drives in the two computers and then clean load Microsoft windows 11 - 64 bit The difference was unbelievable it was almost like a totally different computer and also with a new operating system. These are such a wonderful set of drives and do just fine performance and affordability

I work at a college and this has been a lifesaver for plugging in laptops or ipods to our sound systems. It is so easy to use. We have tried a ton of different adapters but nothing compares to the sound quality and ease of use on this adapter. It is especially helpful to run sound off a laptop projecting a power point presentation. No complaints so far!

I'm a college instructor. It is a valuable tool if you need to work at various work stations or laptops that seemingly have all sorts of configurations. Never have to worry about USB-C or USB-A. My files are with me when needed and i can grab files and go. It does run hot if plugged in a long time. It is also *very* small and easy to lose. I've tried a bunch of small drives. Other versions (including SanDisk) have eventually failed due to wear/tear. This feels most solid and is my fave.

I always get the plan for my laptops. Of course you just never know.

It's the worst but what can you do? I'd rather pay through b&h than straight to microsoft.

Actually already have this through Microsoft but another year of it is awesome!
