Bought the lens for our RVing trip to Alaska this summer 2010. Haven't left for the New Frontier yet, but I consider my shots so far to be tests -- the 28-300 passes with flying colors. I'm most pleased with the ease of changing settings. I'm already making AF/MF, closeup focusing, etc., changes without having to look at the lens. 5 |
